Nick Cartell, currently starring as Jean Valjean in the North American tour of Les Misérables in the iconic role he has now played over a thousand times, triumphantly returns to his hometown Scottsdale to play ASU Kerr.
Featuring a collection of Cartell’s never-before-heard stories of his time on the road with Les Miz, Broadway runs of the 2012 revival of Jesus Christ Superstar, Scandalous: The Musical, and Paramour interwoven with songs from the album: Broadway, Disney, and even some jazz.
An intimate evening filled with humor and heart, “A Thousand Spotlights” brings Nick back “home” to Scottsdale for a memorable celebration of his musical journey. This event marks the release celebration for Nick’s album of the same name, creating an unforgettable homecoming.
The evening is arranged and music directed by Brian Eads (Les Misérables, the album “A Thousand Spotlights”).
